Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7-days upon arrival date of your order period. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. It should be unopened, and in its original condition, unused, new, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us with your invoice number, and a brief note (e.g. number of item(s), or item name(s) etc.) about the return. Then we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Also any additional delivery charges that were made for the initial delivery. If you contact us outside the 7 days period upon receiving your order, we cannot proceed a refund request.

Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exclusions

Some items may not be eligible for a refund due to hygiene reasons or if they have been personalized or custom-made. Additionally, digital products or services that have been accessed or used may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Products including all kind of edible items, and any custom made items are non-refundable.
